OMS 3000M

The OMS 2000M was massively successful, with over 30 cars built. Here we have the next generation, all new OMS 3000M, that will acccept motorcycle engines from 1000cc upwards. A design inspired by the formidable OMS 28, this new car comprises a steel space frame rolling chassis clothed in all carbon fibre bodywork. 

Chassis

  • High nose steel space frame, in black finish

  • MSA ROPS certified roll hoop

  • All carbon fibre pre-preg bodywork

  • RAM air system

  • Pre-preg carbon fibre floor

  • Pre-preg carbon fibre adjustable aerofoils front and rear

  • Monoshock front suspension

  • Anti intrusion wishbones, in black finish

  • AVO shock absorbers

  • Suspension fully set up

  • Complete car with Suzuki 1000cc engine typically weighs circa 300kg

 

Cockpit

  • High cockpit sides

  • Suede/alloy steering wheel, with quick release boss

  • Bespoke lightweight steering rack

  • OMS mechanical paddle gear change, paddle in carbon fibre

  • FIA Hans 6 point safety harness, choice of colour red/black/blue

  • All alloy pedals with balance bar adjustable brakes

 

Brakes

  • Front 4 pot Wilwood calipers

  • Rear 2 pot Wilwood calipers

  • Latest spec stainless brake discs on alloy bells

  • All brake lines in Aeroquip

 

Drivetrain

  • OMS drive shafts in heat treated steel

  • Quaife differential

  • Heavy duty race chain

  • Adjustable chain tensioning system

  • One set OMS 3 piece billet centre alloy wheels

  • Centre lock wheel fastenings all round

  • As an optional upgrade we recommend a bespoke MBE loom, 9A9 ECU and flatshifter

Fully assembled excluding engine and ancillaries,tyres and paintwork.

We fit either a customer supplied engine and ancillary running gear or if prefered, supply and fit an engine of your choice, quotations on request.

Cars can be supplied fully painted at an additional cost, if prefered to the standard carbon finish. The cost will depend on the chosen colour scheme, quotations on request.
