OMS 25 wins British Championship Run Off

At Barbon Manor Hill Climb the OMS 25 PowerTec V8 of Trevor Willis won round 3 of the Nicholson McLaren British Hill Climb Championship. In cool overcast conditions Trevor was third fastest qualifier in the morning class runs, with Chris Merrick and Scott Moran second and first respectively. Having carried too much speed into the hairpin in the class run & loosing time, he did not repeat the error in the run off & posted a time of 21.26 seconds. Merrick & Moran were unable to match his time with Moran the closest on 21.44 seconds.

In the second of the events championship rounds Moran had the upper hand, forcing Trevor into second place.
